Design Delivery & Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing Blu Design Studio for your wedding stationery needs. We strive to provide you with high-quality designs and exceptional service. Please review our shipping and returns policy below.

Design Delivery Policy

Upon completion of your order form, digital designs will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout within one week for your review. One revision is allowed (per design) for your semi-custom designs.

Please ensure that the email address provided is accurate to avoid any delays in receiving your designs.

For Custom Designs;

  • You are allowed up to 2 included revisions. Extra suite upgrades can be added on if you wish to make further changes after this.

  • Should you not be satisfied with your custom design, refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis and out of fairness at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery for Design Prints;

  • Delivery Locations: We currently only offer delivery to addresses within New Zealand.

  • Single Destination: Orders can only be shipped to one postal address per transaction. Multiple shipping addresses require separate orders.

Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your wedding stationery. If you are not happy with your proofs during the first round of revision, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving them and we will amend and perfect your designs - if we are unable to amend the changes you have requested, a refund will be provided at our discretion out of fairness. Please note that there will be a $10 administration fee for all refunds.

Digital Design Refunds

Refunds for digital designs are valid only if you inform us of any issues with your proofs within the specified 48-hour timeframe, and will be given on a case-by-case basis and out of fairness at our discretion.

Beyond the 48-hour window, no refunds will be given, and final digital designs will be released and sent by email.

  • Once final digital designs have been released, no further changes can be made.

  • Refunds are not applicable for digital designs that have been approved and finalised or released after the 48-hour proofing period.

  • We are not responsible for any errors or omissions that were not identified within the 48-hour review period.

Printed Stationery & Signage Refunds

Refunds for printed stationery and signage are only valid if you inform us on the day that your package arrived damaged, and will be given on a case-by-case basis and out of fairness at our discretion. We do not accept returns and refunds for changes of mind.

  • We recommend adding on a suite proof to ensure your printed stationery is perfect before we send your stationery to print (not available for signage).

  • Please contact us to organise a return, ensuring that all items are kept in their original condition and packaging before sending them back.
