By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or Services.

By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific features or services offered by Blu Design Studio. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Blu Design Studio.

Blu Design Studio shall not be held liable for discrepancies, errors, or changes in client-approved designs, absolving the studio from any responsibility regarding alterations made thereafter.
Please note that images of our designs displayed on the website are for reference purposes only and are not to scale. Due to variations in printing processes and materials, the printed product may appear slightly different from what is shown. We strive to ensure accuracy, but cannot guarantee exact replication.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
7. Changes to Terms
Blu Design Studio reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Liability for Final Designs
Once the final design files are delivered to the client, our responsibility for those files ceases. The client assumes full responsibility for the saving, storage, and safeguarding of the delivered design files. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or corruption of the files after they have been sent. It is the client's duty to ensure proper backup and security measures are in place to protect their files.
9. Non-distribution and Resale of Designs
The designs created by Blu Design Studio are intended exclusively for the client's use. The client agrees not to distribute, resell, or otherwise transfer the designs to any third party without prior written consent from Blu Design Studio. Unauthorised distribution or resale of the designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Delivery Policy
Geographic Limitations: Delivery of our products is available only within New Zealand. We do not ship to international addresses.
Single Address: All orders must be shipped to a single postal address within New Zealand. We do not split deliveries or ship to multiple addresses from a single order.
11. Making a Deposit to Secure a Booking
By placing a $100 deposit, you can secure your spot in our schedule. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards your total order cost. The deposit ensures that we allocate time and resources to your project, allowing us to begin the design and production process.
Please note the following terms and conditions that apply:
The $100 deposit must be paid to confirm your booking.
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of production.
If you choose to cancel your order after the deposit is made, the deposit will not be refunded.
Any changes to your order after the design process has commenced may incur additional fees.
