For our semi-custom collections, please allow up to three to four weeks for the entire process, including design, production, and delivery. We take great care to ensure your order is crafted to perfection!

After placing your order, you'll receive a form to tailor your suite to your preferences, including wedding details, wording, and font/colour choices.Receive Your Proofs
Within one week, you'll receive a personalised proof delivered in a personalised online gallery, showing your fully customised design for review.Make Revisions
You have 48 hours to approve the design or request changes. One complimentary round of revisions is included per semi-custom design. Once approved, your designs will be sent to your inbox, ready for printing or sharing.

We recommend sending your invitations around 3-4 months before your big day, so it's best to place your order with us a little earlier to allow time for designing, production, and delivery.
For on-the-day stationery, such as menus, place cards, and seating charts, we suggest ordering approximately 2 months in advance to ensure everything is perfect for your celebration.
